ABRAH De Luxe is operated by Ahabeem Private Limited, trading as Ahabeem Group, which is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. A commission requires you to tell us private things: who a fragrance is for, the occasion behind it, and sometimes a memory. This is what happens to that information.A commission is a made-to-order work, not a purchase from stock. These terms describe what each side agrees to before anything is composed. These terms form an agreement between you and Ahabeem Private Limited, trading as Ahabeem Group, which operates ABRAH De Luxe. By using this website or beginning a commission, you agree to them. This website is published by Ahabeem Private Limited, trading as Ahabeem Group, which operates ABRAH De Luxe. The House would rather be plain about the limits of a website than let it imply more than it can prove.

01

What we collectEnquiry and acceptanceNothing here is for sale

Only what you give us. Your name, the means by which you asked us to reply, and what you chose to write about the commission. Nothing about you is bought from a third party. An enquiry places you under no obligation, and equally does not oblige the House to accept a commission. The House accepts a limited number, and may decline where it cannot give the work the time it needs, or where a material cannot be shipped lawfully to you. This site is not a shop. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, and no order can be placed. Figures stated are starting points: every commission is priced privately, and shared with you before any commitment.

If a commission proceeds, we additionally hold what is needed to make and ship it: a delivery address, and the correspondence between you and your perfumer.A commission begins only when the direction has been agreed in writing and the first part is settled.

02

Why we hold itPrice and settlementImagery

To reply to your enquiry, to compose your fragrance, and to keep your formula on record so it can be made again for you. Those are the only purposes.Commissions begin at $4,500 for a personal commission and $6,000 for a home, quoted and settled in the client’s currency, and are priced to the materials and the time each actually requires. The figure is shared with you before any commitment. It is settled in two parts: the first before your perfumer begins, the second once you have chosen your composition.Photographs illustrate materials, the atelier and the object. No client is ever shown, and no image is presented as evidence of a specific commission.

What you tell us about a commission is never used to sell you anything else.No figure is owed until you have accepted one.

03

How longVariations and selectionFragrance and skin

An enquiry that does not become a commission may be kept on record, so that a later conversation can begin where the first left off. A commission is kept for as long as your formula is held, which is for life unless you ask us to close it.Your commission includes one considered round of variations, prepared from the consultation. You choose one, and that composition becomes your formula.Fragrance behaves differently on different people. Longevity, projection and evolution described anywhere on this site are honest descriptions of intent, not guarantees of performance on your skin.

You may ask us to delete an enquiry, or to close your formula record, at any time.Further rounds are not part of a commission and are quoted separately, if the House agrees to them at all.Every composition is made to the safety standards that apply to bespoke perfumery. If you have a known sensitivity, tell your perfumer at the consultation: it is a formulation matter, not an afterthought.

04

Who else sees itMade to orderNo professional advice

No one, other than the people at the House who need it: your perfumer, and whoever prepares your shipment. We do not sell or trade personal information.Because every fragrance is composed and produced for one person, a commission cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun, and the second settlement is not refundable at that point.Nothing on this site is medical, legal, or financial advice, and no statement about a material’s properties should be read as a therapeutic claim.

The House also works with trusted service providers who host this site, carry correspondence, process settlement, and measure how the site is used. They act only on the House's instructions and only for those purposes. If the House cannot complete a commission for any reason of its own, everything settled is returned in full.

Where a shipment requires customs or permit documentation, only the information that regulation demands is disclosed, and only to that authority.

Cookies and similar toolsYour formulaAccuracy and change

This site uses cookies and similar tools. Some are essential for the site to work. Others help the House understand how the site is used and measure the reach of its communications; these include analytics and advertising tools provided by third parties, and the tools in use may change over time.Your formula is held under your name for life. It can be made again, only ever for you, and passed to the successors you name in writing. It is never offered, licensed, or sold to anyone else. The House keeps this site current, but processes, timelines and materials can change. Where a stated fact and the terms of your own commission differ, the terms of your commission govern.

Non-essential tools run only with your consent, which you give through the banner on your first visit by choosing Accept all, or withhold by choosing Essential only. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, or by writing to the House. What these tools collect concerns your use of the site, never the commission you describe to us.The House holds the composition itself as its own work; you hold the exclusive right to wear it and to have it made.Links to anything outside this site are not endorsements of it.

06

Your rightsDelivery and compliance

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be erased. Write to the address below and a person will answer.Fragrance is shipped under the transport rules that apply to it. Where a material carries a permit, that permit travels with the shipment and is named on the provenance card. Where the House delivers by hand, it carries the fragrance through customs itself; otherwise it is shipped insured.

If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights, those rights apply in full and are not limited by anything on this page.Timelines given are honest estimates: a personal commission takes six to eight weeks and a home eight to ten, and the House will not compress the listening or the wearing to meet a date.

07

Duties, taxes and currency

Prices are set in US dollars and may be quoted and settled in your own currency at the rate on the day of the quote. The figure you accept is the figure you pay to the House.

Customs duties, import taxes and local charges in your country are not included in the price, and are payable by the recipient, whether the fragrance arrives by hand or by shipment, unless your written quote states that the House will settle them. The House will tell you in advance what it knows of these, and will prepare every document they require.

08

Delays outside the House's control

Shipping, customs clearance, and permits for certain materials depend on carriers and authorities the House does not control. Where any of these delays a delivery, the House will tell you as soon as it knows, and the commission continues on the new date.

A delay of this kind is not a breach of these terms, and does not change the price agreed.

09

Sensitivities and allergies

Before composition begins, you agree to tell your perfumer of any known allergy, skin sensitivity or medical condition that a fragrance may affect, and of any change to it during the commission. Every material used is disclosed to you on request.

The House cannot account for a sensitivity it has not been told of, and recommends a skin test with each variation before it is worn freely.

10

Liability

The House's total liability for any commission is limited to the price you have paid for it. The House is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, India. This does not affect any rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
